Help me pls I have oil in stator area when removed the cover bike was stored last 25 yrs just now Pullin out to restore . It's mint and complete
,don't want to mess up is it seal? Do I have to split it to repair ? . Is there a site just for these bikes only? Please help,I don't have pic to post but could . It does start and run ,I ran around the yard ok.thanks in advance for help

Oil in that area is normal as long as it does not leak through the outside cover plats.
