Just went to 2 different shops including Kevin Powell, Charlotte scooter shop and called a place in SC close to me and they all have told me 90% of their customers with 125’s and 150’s all slap a moped tag on it and never get bothered.

Guy is a complete scooter Mod rebel! Also throws dealerships under the bus, too. This thread is the greatest I've seen in a long time.
