Would cops really know the difference??

Right now I have a 50cc Jonway rocket, chrome which looks like a actual bike to begin with. It does top out at 49mph for some crazy reason downhill on a tuck. And I’ve never once got pulled over or second guessed. I’m now about to buy a 125cc Icebear Fuerza which is a grom clone. It should also top out around 50 but without the pain of going uphill at 30-35mph.. I’m in the state of North Carolina. I do not have my motorcycle endorsement, even a drivers license.. so I planned on simply taking the tag off my Jonway rocket and putting it on the 125cc and no, I don’t plan on taking any interstates.

Okay smart ass^^ Not that big of a deal. Just went to 2 different shops including Kevin Powell, Charlotte scooter shop and called a place in SC close to me and they all have told me 90% of their customers with 125’s and 150’s all slap a moped tag on it and never get bothered. So, end of story, I’m going for it.
