My old reliable 08 turned 110,000 miles on the ride into work today. In anticipation of this grand event I treated it to a wash and oil change, it may be old but it still runs great and looks pretty good too. The only repairs that wouldn't be considered routine maintenance would be changing the spring in the torque compensator, the neck bearings, and the forks. I would have just rebuilt the forks but I scored a brand new chrome set for about the cost of a set of seals and bushings so I went that route instead.
Other than that it's been tires, oil, gas, brakes, spark plugs and a few other routine items.

That's great, congratulations. I've never put that many miles on a bike, I usually get rid of them and move on to something else before hitting the six figure mileage mark. I think that just requiring the basic maintenance, the Victory is a definite winner.

My 99 Goldwing will hit 100,000 in a few weeks if the weather stays nice.
But a friend of mine has a 1986 Honda Hurricane CBR1000.
That bike will hit 200,000 around the time mine hits 100,000!
And that is really amazing for a sportbike.
The thing looks like new too!!

That is a REALLY high number for a sportbike, I am impressed.

At 100K your Goldwing is just broken in, those things are known to go forever!

This winter was pretty mild, I never stopped riding so it hasn't been that long, and this was the only bike I rode in the salt, I kept the other ones clean.
