I have 2003 vstar 1100 with 52,000 miles, brand new tires. Bike seems to run pretty good. Got some decel pop but it's not too bad. I'm biggest problem is the vibrations. When I'm cruising on the interstate the bike vibrates so damn much I really dont want to ride it much at those speeds. Now I have seen a lot of posts sayin it's normal but no it's not. Bike used to go smooth as glass. So it's not normal to have that much heavy vibrations when riding. It smooths out as soon as I pull the clutch in. Any ideas?

https://sites.google.com/site/vstar1100kb/home/new-owner-must-do-list a couple issues with the 1100, never give it throttle when starting it advances the timing and causes kickback which will ruin the starter clutch.. very pricey.. the middle drive nut can come loose make sure you check it.the vibration could be the middle drive nut but it's probably the carbs being out of sinc. everything about the 1100 is in the linc. its a great bike.
