z1000

I am looking for a Kawasaki Z1000 and found a Wisconsin dealer auctioning a brand new 2010 model on eBay. I am interested in it but there is one problem. The seller made it clear that this bike "cannot be sold to California, Canada or for export". And I am from California. :( Two questions...
