I purchased this bike from a private owner for 200$ in a pool of its own rust. Practically nothing on the bike was usable. It was never titled until I bought it, and I have since had it legally registered and titled through Vermont. From all my research, Honda didn't start manufacturing the XL100 until 1974, but the number plate and VIN clearly make it a 1973.
