Bike bio: 1969 yamaha ds6-b, two stroke.. aside from other minor issues, when I pulled her out this evening, i immediately noticed that the speedometer is super foggy from moisture, but there isn't any cracks in the glass, and the needle is working.. i'm weary about taking it apart and bending any metal or anything because its not an easy part to find, let alone cheap.. how else would moisture get in there? I live in arizona and its been a bit muggy lately due to the monsoon season, but it's been way more muggier in the past and this hasn't happened. I know theyre separate parts, but incase it matters, the tachometer isn't foggy, just the speedometer.
Any suggestions without having to disassemble, if thats even possible.. I'm a new rider and haven't had the bike for very long either.
