I went to the link and noticed that that has a different fork design and it looks like that one has a double frame rail and in the pic it is only a single

Its definatly not a Royal Enfield.
BSA made a front end similar to that, but its hard to tell from the pic if it is one. But I cant recall ever seeing them make a frame like that. Im almost positive its a Scott. They made quite a few frames and springer front ends like that. Nearly all of their bikes had that slanted backbone, and huge seat springs. They stopped making bikes before WWII.
