Default Frank Thomas AntiFreeze Glove Liners

Frank Thomas AntiFreeze Glove Liners

These gloves are junk. They are not wind proof nor are they water proof. I wear them under Army surplus leather gloves and honestly, wearing the $25 I spent on them would be warmer than the glove liners are.

Any warmth they do offer, which ain't much, is from the inherent properties of having a second layer, not from the properties of the gloves.

I've come to this conclusion after riding 27 miles a day for two days of 43F and one day of 38F. I'm glad the days warmed up for the ride home.

Bah!

I'm thinking about ordering a pair of these: http://www.arctiva.com/products.jsp?...1405&prod=6650

I bought a Powerstretch Balaclava from them and it is amazing. If their glove liners are anything like the balaclava then they are worth their weight in gold.

Where did you find them? I'm on the lookout for some liners & a Balaclava actually. . .

Thanks!

I recently picked up a balaclava that I love (can't think of the brand off hand) and was looking for glove liners as well. I saw some that may work at Dick's sporting goods, I'll let you know how they work after I give them a try!

Anything made with GoreTex should be perfect for this though.

I agree. Not only don't they provide any warmth, the quality sucks. After two weeks the wrist cuff started to rip away at the seam on both gloves. I returned mine and got a refund.
