Need more information on the value of older BMW bikes

Hello, I been trying to find out some information on all the BMW Bike Series. I have a 1998 BMW and on the lower end it reads dansi varese made in spain. Does anyone know what that means exactly? Where can I find more information on this to help me estimate the value better so I can understand what it is worth?
