Default drilling back plate info needed

i want to drill the back plate of her 250 vstar ca i do this without re-jetting????

Should be no issue but I cant say for certain because I dont know what the internals of the 250 exhaust look like.

I have a 650 and Ive removed the rear plate....therefore doing away with the last baffle (there are 4 in my exhaust). I did not rejet and its considered not necessary even if you punch holes in the next plate in.

But I havent been in a 250 exhaust.

I know the bike is basically a rebadged 250 Virago.....ask around and see if they have done this with a Virago with no issues....if so that should give you the green light.

Ah heck...what could go wrong....punch holes in her and let us know how it works.
