I don't park IN the cart return, next to it! At my grocery store the cart return takes up half a regular sized spot. You can park a bike on either side of it and not block anyone from using the cart return.

The same above is still true I don't even park my cage in a parking spot next to the cart return to many people just give there cart a push and let it go. I have had some one all most Back over my bike before so I don't do as the book says and park against the parking block I park to the front side diagonally to make the bike more see able. Whatch out for your bike cause no one else will.

um... now you remind me I don't see much motorcycles back in Seattle unless it's on boardway... guess it's because it's kind of cold? and with rain ?

About Parking... can't 2 wheels part on a 4 wheel spot? usually I see alot of free parking spaces outside malls? but I think mostly are for 4 wheels.... can't park 2 wheels at a 4 wheel parking spot ?? but um... actually they didn't say "this is a spot for 4 wheels" so I guess it's just a parking spot?

About handicapped parking.. I wear eye glasses, is that one of the disability ? maybe I can get a handicapped parking permit

in some places i use a regular spot and park all the way back so as to be seen. in some strip malls i'll park on the sidewalk cause they really wide and it private property so cops can't site me.at least in cali i think they can't on private property.and sometime on the steet if i have to.
