Vtx 1800 shifter problem
I was riding home one day when i noticed that when i went to shift the shifter was a little sticky coming back to a neutral position. By the time i got home the shifter would not come back into center position at all. Every time i wanted to shift to the next gear i would have to push it back into position to get ready to shift up. But when i shift down it works just fine.
Is there a spring in the transmission that is designed to push back? did it break? should a professional Fix it or can i do it? please help!!!!!!!!!!!
