Default road king tripple tree rake

I've got a 1999 rubber mounted road kind that gets a little squirelly over 60 mph. I took the tripple tree off & I am confused about what appears to a 5degree rake angle built into it between the shaft and the fork mounts. I was under the impression that the road king isn't raked. Anyone know whether or not this is normal. The local harley dealer says that what I have appears to be a stock part.....no kidding but is it a stock part off of a wide glide or a road king?
