I changed the oil and afterwards relized I put mobil 1 syn but it was for high mileages is that ok

I'd change it back out before you ride it. Regular automotive oil can damage the clutch due to friction modifiers that cause the clutch to slip. It will be cheaper to change out the oil than to replace the clutch. If you don't want to use motorcycle-specific oil (which I personally do not use either) look for automotive oil without friction modifiers. Most 10W-40 oils don't have friction modifiers. Look for the API donut somewhere on the label. If it says "Energy Conserving" put it back on the shelf.
I personally use either Shell Rotella T6 fully synthetic for liquid-cooled bikes or Shell Rotella Triple for older bikes or, in my case, my air-oil cooled Bandit. I feel the air-oil cooled engines are a bit harder on oils due to running hotter, and therefore I don't worry about the extended drain intervals that come with synthetics.

I don't think that the Mobil 1 for high mileage has friction modifiers that would effect the clutch. It should be ok to use unless the API label looks like the ones bordered in blue here:
