East Coast Ride

I took the road less travelled and went East this year with a good friend of mine. Figured everyone goes west so why not try something different. Turned out to be a blast and got some great footage. And just posted a short intro I thought would be fun to share of the Cabot Trail, Viking Settlement, Gros Morne, and Bay of Fundy. Here's a few scenes from the ride, we should have the entire ride uploaded in a couple of months.

We departed from Toronto and it was a 2 week ride east into Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia then took the ferry across to Newfoundland. Camping most the way, with lots of bike troubles for the SV that my friend was riding, and met with a ton of other riders who gave us many suggestions of places to see and things to do. A very rewarding trip, yet a little cold in Newfoundland with the 90 km our winds in the Fall. I'll be uploading the final video to view online for free. Cheers.

I can't wait until retirement in June 11. I am going to take off, with no plan, and ride and see my Country that I have spent 20yrs defending.

That is definitely the way to do it. Planning can cause headaches, just wing it and you'll have the best time of your life.
