Default Pre-made toolkits

Does anyone recommend, or even know if toolkits with the most often needed tools already picked out for you are available?
I'm fairly new to riding since I've gone several years without owning a bike and I'm not sure what tools would be wise to have with me when out on the road.
I'm riding a 2010 883 Sportster Iron but I'm sure even a new bike could need emergency repairs on the road.
