Default 1977 Honda xl 125. What's it worth?

I found a guy that has a 1977 honda xl 125 enduro. It hasn't been used in a few years but he said if you put new gas in it, it should start up. It seems to be all there except it does not have a front rim and tire. from the looks of it it is in good shape. He told me to make him an offer. I just don't know what its worth. Can anyone give me an idea for a starting point?
Thanks

I bought one in perfect running condition last year for $150....but the kick starter shaft was stripped - I had to push start it.

By the time I had that fixed I had $300 in it. I figure that is a fair starting point. IF you can hear it run price the front tire and rim.....take that from $300 and offer him that.

If you cant hear it run then I would say $100 tops.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably be going over there to deal with him on it on saturday. Hopefully we can make a deal on it.
