Default Just Getting Started Again

Just starting to ride again after some 10 year off. I bought a 2007 Honda Sabre 1100 and it runs great except for 1 thing. It will just shut off while
running down the road. This can happen at any time at any speed. Pull off and let it sit for 10 minutes and it starts up and runs like nothing happened. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Perhaps fuel tank vent? Most bikes have a vented filler cap.

That would be my first guess as well. It's easy to test. When the motorcycle quits, open your gas cap, put it back on, then try to start it.
