I wonder what kind of tires he uses on that bike? Surely not tires you can buy off the shelf?

Any of the DOT approved performance tires would probably do the same.

Here's Eddie Chan on an ST1300 with street tires:


Often we delude ourselves with the idea it's the equipment, not the man. You bike will do that...

I have a friend putting on a MC skills course this fall, and they're going to end it with a competition like this.

It's one thing to see someone do that on a cruiser and another to see someone do it on a top-heavy machine like the ST1300.
