Default Had my tank painted

I went to a MC rally last weekend and made an impulse purchase. I have been looking to put something on my tank for a while now. I have put some good wax on it but I might look into using some of that clearcoat out of a can. I'm hoping to put some more accent lines on the fenders and sides of the MC to complement to colors on the tank.

I would recommend a good clearcoat to protect it for sure.

Could I do it myself with some of that SprayMax 2K or take it to the painter?

It depends on how good of a painter you are.

I think you can get fine results with the proper surface prep between coats, a good buffer to polish it up, and enough patience to get it done right.

The main thing to worry about is sanding through the clear between coats and damaging the painting. Extreme care has to be taken not to take too much off.

Thank you. Cause I couldn't find a Scorpion in any of his books. I would have loved to had a Scorpion but I had been searching for a while with no luck.
