It doesn't look like it would be at all uncomfortable to me. It has suspension and a nice riding position so I'd guess he can go as far as any street cruiser type of bike.

Im going on 8 yrs of having this bike.......she runs like a new one......still don't leak & burn oil.........Very comfortable......I take her on some pretty long rides at times and during the summers here I ride to work 30 miles a day round trip.
