Default Moto Martin K1

Gidday Everybody.

I have just bought a 1990 K1 Moto Martin. As I am new to BMW's I am working out how to get the best out of the bike. Currently, it is quite harsh (Vibrations) to ride which surprised me as I would imagine the K1 engine would be quite smooth. Has anyone had any experience with Moto Martins?
The vibes even out a little over 60 mph but you can still feel it in the seat, footpegs and a little in the bars.
I'm scratching my head where to start with this bike. Can the K1 engine vibrate for any strange reason?

Welcome to the forum from North Dakota, USA. Sorry I can not help you with the issue. Does the motor seem to run well other than the vibes? Might be something like a motor mount issue. Post your question in the repair or BMW sections.
