The cycle shack slip-ons on my bike were too loud. But the stock muffs were a little too quiet. I wanted a good rumble without ticking off the neighborhood, the police, and the rest of the public. I found this website by smart partz through another forum and bought a set of their baffles. They knock about 10db off the exhaust note. You might want to give it a try and see if they work for you. The bike still has a good sized bark, but only under heavy throttle. Smart Partz has excellent customer service and can fit most exhaust models, even those they do not have listed. I was their first customer with cycle shack muffles. Since I am still so new to the forum, I cannot post links. Just google the term "smartpartz" and check out their baffles.

Your sucess will depend on what kind of bike you have, what kind of exhaust system you now have, what engine modifications have been made, and how much noise reduction you're looking for. It's apt to become a "trial and error" method to find just the right sound level you're looking for. In most cases too you might have to re-jet your carburetor or re-map your ECM. Good luck and by all means post what you come up with.
