+2 Brake line for '04 VStar 1100 Custom

Unable to find anyone who carries this item. Anybody have ideas?

A little more info.. changed handlebars and got risers, found +2 throttle cables but can't locate +2 braided upper brake line. Running everything under the tree. There has to be a way!

I'm not sure what a +2 brake line is? Is it just a brake line that has 2 inches added to it? If that is so, can't you order a custom made one from a supplier or through your local Motorcycle repair shop?
