Anyone besides me running a "more-than-stock" Buell? If so, what mods are you running, and what is your opinion of them? Please be specific as to bike model/year and what you've done.

"more-than-stock"?
2004 xb12r
i have a k&n, techlusioned ecm, jardine pipe, and hotter plugs. no idea what it makes on the dyno, but it's more fun than stock and it isn't running lean (spark plug changes every 3rd oil change or 10,000 miles). i also have black cherry painted plastics, foglights under the front fairing, reflective vinyl "Erik Buell Motor Cycles" stickers, removed passenger pegs/brackets, painted the "Buell" raised letters on the bottom of my forks, just a bunch of small stuff.
nothing crazy...

Oh man...Just a couple done, this all in the last month and a half.
Jardine exhaust
Race ECM
K&N air filter
Hot Spark Plugs
1125R mirrors w/signals
LED for Lic.plate
LED rear signals
High beam lens in place of low beam
2 Silverstar Bulbs
Kfab catch can
Flasher LED relay
Tires valve stem caps
Rivet removal kit
Lic. Plate Skull bolts

Still planning on Diamond sprocket, Triple tree risers, softer front and rear seats, mirror extenders, re-powder coat my wheels. That should do it for me for a while, my wife is starting to get a tad irritated with all my purchases.

Sorry guys I forgot to tell you
a) Iam a spanner man not a computer man, I wouldn't know how to post a photo.
b) I forgot one serious upgrade. I fitted a 100mm (4") home made velocity stack immediately after a perfect Dyno run HP up, Torque up, Fuel graph perfect. Change over from factory race kit aircleaner to velocity stack completed in less than 5 minutes result 3hp increase, with several skeptical critics to witness it. I can't wait to rerun the Dyno with the 5"megaphone and the 4" velocity stack.
The lower end grunt increased markedly with the megaphone, it also almost eliminated the spitting carburettor which the larger idle jet did not cure. My fuel consumption also incresed by 1.5 to 2mpg all other factors remaining the same. I believe when I go back to the Dyno and reset the fuel graph this will convert to HP.
regards
Kuell
