I was inspired to ride again quite a bit with the movie "The world's fastest Indian" with a great actor Anthony Hopkins, I'm sure most here have seen it.
Looks like a solid movie..will try to get a cd not good at downloading stuff, usually throws my computer into slow motion
Nice Norton Commando and some pretty scenery shots of Canada. The movie was pretty slow and boring in my opinion; it was more of an art film than anything else.
My wife won't ride, and she always thought I was nuts for wanting to, but I think she understood it a little better after watching World's Fastest Indian.
Got the same news. Not as bad at 20% chance and 2-3 years. Had surgery and rode 10 days after in the cold and it felt like the scar on my neck was gonna catch on fire. That put the fire in my belly to fight with Chemo.........and now nothing is showing up. Many people do not tolerate this form of chemo and do not finish, but I sailed through pretty well, all things considered. Now the fight is to get back my strength and endurance
Things look much better now,but if it comes back, I am gonna go for a long ride.No way I could have watched a movie like this a while back, but I really want to see this one.
If anyone sees this on Redbox, please let me know.
BTW,the star of the movie Knew Tom Cruise's wife quite well before Tom met her...
It was an indie movie for one of the festivals a few years and had it my instant queue for ever before I watched it. I like those type of movies and know they are not for everyone.
