    hey thanks for your help....so you say to keep the gas knob turned to on instead of reserve or primary..
    you said "When this happens and the airbox is connected the gas usually goes into the crank case and mixes with your oil. This is bad news as well." My bike will end up doing this anyway when i connect the car to the air box??

    Sorry to bother you with these questions...but also i can't find out how to get under my seat...there is no keylock for it or any levers to pop it open?? when i look for underneath it i can see there are a few lil tanks tat hold liquid whatever they may be....is there a way to get underneath my seat???
    Also u think there miight be a problem with the floater..u think the pin might not be connecting inside the tube to stop the gas??
