that thing is a BEAST!!!

327 with nos?!?!

i like how sleek the frame is, as opposed to what you normally see on custom trikes.

Never dynoed ,but yeah we hand bent the frame, hand laid the body and the bars, built the motor myself. my uncle is a retired boilermaker, and he said if i could draw it we could build it. took two years one piece at a time!

Very nice Blade! Leon Dailey (my brother-n-law) pretty much invented the V-8 trikes back in the late 60's. He was taken for a marketing ride by Ed Roth (Big Daddy Rat Fink) for awhile before Leon told 'em to take a hike. Your trike appears to have the Boss Hoss fuel tanks is that right?
We ran one of Leons at Orange County Drag Strip in SoCal that had a stock Ford 460 and turned a respectable low 12's. Yours should do much better given the mods. Have you considered moving that ugly radiator to the rear?

Thanks the tanks are a pair of 7 gal. stretched fat bobs modified with a dash to allow for the breather. the orig. tabs for the harley dash were removed and relocated for mounting them to the back bones.as for the radiator it is nostalgic, it came off of Harry Gant's number 33 Skoal nascar. if you can see it in the pic the filler is at the top of frame and not on the rad. itself. as for moving it to the rear there is no room the full size battery and trans. cooler are under the body along with the shocks for the body. with only a 19 inch seat hieght theres just not much room. Thanks for the vote of confidence!

Thanks for posting. I'm not a trike guy, (yet, anyway,) but I like looking at anything mechanical and creative, and beautifull! I love seeing what talented hands and creative minds can come up with, and this machine looks to be VERY well done. It's scads different from any other trike I've seen, and in fact it has the look about it of a.... Heck Dude, it looks more like a weapon then a bike!

If ya get the chance I think we all would like to know how in the world you ended up with Harry Gant's radiator and a sketch of what you have in mind for your next trike. This is a great place to get a lot of input from all walks of life.

A close friend was buddies with one of the shop guys that worked on harry gant's car, and at the time my friend was building a front engine rail dragster and the shop guy gave the radiator to him, the shop guy said it was one they used for testing but was too heavy and they swapped it out for a lighter one. the radiator was to large for his needs so he stored it for years until i started my build and he gave it to me.

Now that's one nice looking trike. I like it simply because it is hand made and doesn't look like every other cookie-cutter trike out there.
