i have an 1999 suzuki katana, 1000 miles original, carbs cleaned in 08. Bone Stock, new filter.
bike starts fine, and pulls hard all the way to 8k where it hangs. and then goes a second later and hangs again at 9k. and so on. ive been running 4 oz of seafoam through each of the 2 tanks of gas. no change.
the bike has mikuni CV carbs.
do you think this is
1. a lean condition, vacuum?
2. a overly rich condition
3. fuel cutting out, due to fuel filter, or slightly clogged jet main jet?
4. electricle
