Bonneville questions

So I'm buying a newer Bonneville in the next month or so, but I want it to be red.

So does anyone know how difficult it is to remove the front and rear fenders, gas tank, and that small box under the seat?

Next question is: If I get a 2005 or so model year but I want the 17 inch alloy rims that come on the 2009, can I replace those easily?

Next question: How difficult is it to put 2009 style exhaust on a pre 2009??
