What do you guys think of this bike? I almost put this in the chopper forum, but then I thought that since it's a production bike, it's not a chopper by definition even if it looks like one.
I liked the look of it at first, but the more I look at it the more I'm not sure. I haven't seen one in person yet but from what we've seen already what's the verdict?

I like it and think with a few mod's it would be cool, but I would never ever ever ever buy one, the reason is because what is the joy of owning a chopper? I think the joy is it being a one-off custom so I would never buy a production chopper. Maybe if someone wrecked it I'd buy it for the frame.

I think it looks badass. However, I will wait to pass judgement until I hear one with a nice set of pipes on it. Sound is very important.

Excellent, super. Superb. Not for me as I don't want a chopper, but if I did, I would want the Honda dependability that you have there.
Guaranteed to start and run every time and needs little maintenance.
I wouldn't modify it, tho.
I like stock straight from the factory.
The sound on that, I saw one last month, the sound is excellent. Deep and throaty, but not offensively loud. Just right.

I think a bigger tank and a standard headlight would make it look much better.

Ditto. I'd like to take one for a test drive.

For what it is, it's ok. I prefer the looks of the Yamaha Raider though. (someday I'll have to learn how to post pics)

The raider is pretty sweet looking.

Actually if you compare the two the fury looks more like a non-working model of a concept bike. The raider clearly looks like an operational machine. A lot of stuff on the fury is hidden which might be taking away from it.

The Furys not bad but I must admit, the Raider is a lot meaner looking. I like it.

The Fury is not a bike I would buy, not my style. That being said, I think it does look nice.

It looks like the already over-done generic chopper look.
but on the same token, they are so generic they might as well be OEM production, and its speculated they'll make 'em cheep enough so anyone who wants one can get one. The people who have hand built choppers are gonna complain, because they feel they wont have an original ride any more. Reality; they never did.

GI as long as it rolls off a factory line its not a custom and its not a true chopper! And when it comes to fit and finish I really doubt that it will be confused with a WCC or even a Big Dog

I don't. Trust me when I say this, the average person will just assume that you are riding a chopper when they see this bike. Now, a MC enthusiast will immediately know, but Mom/Dad and Kids will say WOW!! LOOK AT THE CHOPPER!!!
