78 and sunny on saturday, 72 and sunny on friday. Sunday 54 and raining, and right now 45 and raining. It's like kryptonite but for bikers. Mother nature is taunting me! It's like she hands out a few nice days and BAM depressing weather. Man this sucks. I'm so tired of Michigan.

Oh screw you daw! lol I know that nicer weather is coming but I'm so tired of waiting for it. After graduation and everything my girlfriend and I were thinking of moving to Utah, so I think I'll have much nicer weather there. Also if it gets crappy I can just go to the desert.

I still have snow in my yard. Around here if you wait for the perfect day, you land up waiting more than riding. I had a great ride earlier this year when it was 30 degrees, just to celebrate the ice was off the streets!

I've been riding all winter. For me it's more an issue if the water is falling or not. If it is, I'll take the car to work (5 minutes from here). However, I did ride a lot in winter if the roads were dry. I think the coldest that I was actually riding in was 7 degrees F. I had to bundle up a lot, but hey, I needed to make sure I had my windshield placed right!

I don't mind riding in the rain, I hate having to clean my bike afterwards though. I got caught out about 60 miles from home one night in a torrential downpour. It was awful. I couldn't see very well at all.

Dude, it has rained here almost every day for a week now. When it does stop, then the temps go down. I'm sick of this crap too... I have rode in the rain a long time ago, and it's like getting hit with BB's. Don't really care for it nowadays.

Your mileage may vary but the best weather site I've found so far is http://www.wunderground.com
They're pretty close most of the time, plus they have a ton of different maps and stuff so you can track inclement weather. Pretty good resource for bikers IMHO.

Well my ride was close the storms came in early but I made it home just before it started to rain so WOO HOO!
Thur is looking good as well, along with the weekend also.
Maybe this week I will get my bike mileage up to 1,800miles since This January.
I only have 20 miles to go or so or a 1 way trip to work.

Weather Underground is a good and mostly reliable source. Much better than the Weather Channel IMHO.
Rain isn't too bad. Snow is deadly as is ice. But I know to not ride for snow and ice and it is usually easy to forecast.
Wind on the other hand, sucks or blows. Whichever.
I hate the wind. Especially that super gusty wind that picks up small volkswagons and flings them at you at supersonic speeds. Nothing like riding at 30* just to keep going straight. Then if the wind is constant or consistent then you are playing a guessing game.
So when reviewing the weather, I often review the aeronautical weather maps as they still post isobars and jet streams. All in an effort to not ride in the heavy/gusty wind.

I'm getting sick of the weather in Buffalo. They say rain all the time, so I don't take the bike to work. It ends up being beautiful all day until I get home, then the rain clouds come rolling in.
