Not a crotch rocket, not chopped or bobbed. Of course, all choppers and bobbers could be considered cruisers, but most cruisers are not choppers or bobbers. Also, not touring bikes.

Cruiser is a non crotch rocket motorcycle that doesn't fit below.


If you have a fairing, hard bags, trunk, arm rests, backrest, head rest, cup holders, heated seats, air condition, refrigerator, stereo with more than 2 speakers, automatic kickstand, and a basement on your bike your probably not a cruiser.

If your can run over a medium size dog and not notice, your probably not a cruiser.

If your bike has its own theatre room your probably not a cruiser.

If my bike breaks down and you pull over and offer to put my bike in a cubby hole somewhere inside of your bike and take me to town, although I apreciate it, your probably not a cruiser.

Although, a motorcycle with a basement and a kitchenette would be pretty cool, even if it's not a cruiser.
