if you want a honda you would need to look for something older, on craigslist or something like that. that is going to be a tough one. closest thing we have, and it is a stretch, is the Ruckus. I don't think it counts. The first real dual sport would be the 230L or 230M.
I don't know of any, you can do a special construction, not in california, on a crf50. or you can find an old xr50 or old z50.

nah that doesnt work for me...im movng to hawaii and i need a 49cc 2 stroke to be able to register it as a moped..that way i dont need insurance or a motorcycle license...a lot of companies make 50cc 2 stroke enduros (CPI, Keeway) i just cant find a way to buy one...

AH, gotcha. it is kinda rough i guess. you can always run a cool scooter like the ruckus. 49cc and street legal. and there are a lot of cool aftermarket parts for them too.
my buddy has one and it is a blast.

ya thats what i was going to get in the first place but they are 4 stroke so must be registered as a scooter which requires insurance and a motorcycle license...if im gonna go through the hassle of getting those i might as well get somethin a little bigger than a ruckus... but to avoid insurance and a moto license ill rock a 50cc enduro all day

i seriously think there's a market for 100+mph, pocket sized street motorcycles. not what i intend to go into business for, but would be a fun garage project.

Look for an used honda ct70 "trail 70. Plenty of after market support, and with an easily installed aftermarket motor you can run 60-80mph depending on high much motor you can afford.

hmm ive got a 1972 CT70 id consider selling. right now the motor is off the bike and is being put back together but its got a new battery, original healdight, tail light bracket (needs the taillight). i need to get a car so id sell it to you for pretty cheap. its in very good original condition and its ''candy apple red". speedo goes up to 50mph and has 4000+ miles. very little rust and needs a cover for the seat or a new seat
