Im looking to buy a new slip on exhaust for my 95 zx6r because the one on the bike is completly shot. When looking for slip ons what actually comes with it? is it just the canister or the canister and midpipe. The reason im asking is because the midpipe thats on the bike already looks like its custom made. And if anyone knows any good sites that sells 95-97 exhausts besides ebay i would appreciate if you could tell me.

When installing a full system exhaust does it require a stage 3 jet kit or is stage 1 fine?

It's hard to say whether or not you will need a jet kit. I replaced my stock can with a Yosh 3 and didn't have to do anything...other than be a bit more patient at start up/warm up. The more open/loud/aggressive your system the more likely you'll need a kit.
3 basic parts of the exhaust are the header; the mid pipe; and the can. My stock midpipe was actually integral to the can and the midpipe itself was also baffled. I got my system used and the guy that sold it to me said he got the can and midpipe together. Your mileage may vary. Check your source when you find what you want to buy.
