I'm pretty surprised that I didn't already see this up there.
Unless I'm blind and it is up there in which case feel free to disregard this.
There's a Bike Night the second Tuesday of every month month at Mongomery's in Vail, AZ.
There will be food, drink, music, vendors, fun, and of course bikes of all shapes and sizes.
I'm very bad at writing this, so I'm just going to copy and paste from other sites.

Here's how you get to Vail. You take the I-10 until you reach exit 279. If you come from the west you take a left towards Colossal Cave. If you come from the east you take a right towards Colossal Cave.
There should be a sign pointing you to Vail in any case. Then you head down the road (Colossal Cave Road) and after a few miles, you'll see a gas station on your right. It's right next to that.
Montgomery's Grill and Saloon is located at 13190 E. Colossal Cave Rd., Vail, AZ
