My First Tour on my Bike

I went on a mini tour last weekend (4 days/3 nights) to a beautiful place called Scotland, UK.the roads are absolutely fantastic to ride and the scenery is absolutely stunning. There is Loch Ness, a huge lake which allegedly has a monster living in it, called Nessie. The Loch is about 20 miles long, with a canal at the southern end of it. I took loads of pictures, but I cannot post them, so will have to post you the link to them. If any of you get over here, then Scotland is definitely the place to ride a bike, little traffic and few police around :D You won't ride fast though as you will be too busy looking at the mountains, glens and lakes.

Amazing my heritage is from Scotland and surrounding area as well as my wife. So going there someday is on are to-do list though sadly it will not be any time soon.

I am very lucky, I live only about 4 hours riding away from this beautiful place. My maiden name originates from Northern Ireland, so one day I will take the bike over there and see what it has to offer me on a bike.

Kat,....just looked at the pictures from your trip. Very nice.
I have to tell you this,....but those pic's look a lot like the upper peninsula of Michigan. Beautiful country.
