I currently have a Rodia modular helmet I wear when it's raining. Problem is...it fogs up when it starts to rain! When it stops the visor clears in no time. I've tried several different "Anti-Fog" items and it still fogs up.

I ride a HD FLHTC (bagger) and am thinking it might be the windshield not allowing enough air to flow through the chin vents. Or.. the vents just aren't large enough. Anyone else have this problem? Or have any suggestions as to what kind of modular helmet they find works well.

I wear one as well. I usually crack the bottom of the shield just a touch and that eliminates most fogging.

I have a Fuller and I also have to crack the bottom to keep it clear...it may be a typical problem with the modular type

I just started wearing a modular helmet. There is a lot of space between my chin and helmet and my face was very cold riding in this morning from the air coming up from underneath. Is this usual for a modular or a full face? Thanks:)

I have the same fogging problem with my modular helmet. I usually crack the shield a bit too.

I have a Nolan modular, dont have that problem as they have a built in chin cover. check out that brand although it may b to late if u are already wearing one.

the best item I have ever found for anti-fog is FogCity's Hyper Optiks. It works fantastic, even better than that really. I'm really impressed with its versatility and I just think it rocks. Back to the original question about modular.. Those are some interesting helmets what is the best thing about them in your opinion.
