Anyone heard of 'em? Super expensive... but supposedly the fastest bikes ever made.

I do and the current F4 is speed limited to 195mph simply because they can't get tires for it. Yeah, they are expensive and yeah, they come with the best components money can buy but hey, when you get in that league you don't have to worry about the balance in your bank account. The current 1000R is an awesome machine at $22,000 and $24,000 for the 1+1. This isn't a ZX10, R1, Gixer 1000 or even 1098 Ducati, it's an MV August and what a mount they are. Beautiful bikes and awesome performers. The 2006 F4CC was $120,000.

Fastest bikes...whoohoo that's enticing. :roll: Guess it's just me, but never saw the need for the speed aspect. Can't use it so why spend the $$$ to say you have it. Kinda like owning a Jeep in NYC...why? I guess if the machimo/ego need a lift but otherwise...
