Hi stupidsimom, I'm a Yank; however, I lived in Scotland for several years many years ago, met My wife there and my Kids were born there, rode a 78 KZ1000 all around the West Coast. Now we reside in south eastern VA. Welcome to the forum.

Wish I was, I believe you have some fantastic roads up north, although I don't live that far away from the border between England & Scotland, I am in sunny :rolleyes: Blackpool.

Afternoon (MDT) stupidsimon and welcome to the Forum! :D

Like Ringo I'm not from Scotland BUT at least ways my wife (also) hails from the British Isles (Wales). :) My Grandparents (Mother's side) however were from Glasgow (born and raised there). Always had hope to make it there some day, at least for a bit of a look. ;) Preferably aboard a restored Norton or current Triumph (to do it up right!)! Nuff' said.

Welcome to the forum. I've always wanted to go to England. I was planning to go when I met my wife. Never made it to England,....maybe one day.
