I'm sure every ducati fan here has seen the new pics, what are your thoughts? I plan on getting one very soon and at like 8700 bucks, its really hard to say no...I cant wait. Oh i read something before that said w/o feirings it'll be annoying, I'm a new rider so I have no idea why this is. anyone want to tell me why?

I actually rode a Ducati 696 Monster today at a Ducati demo.it's lack of fairing didn't bother me at all.

The rush of wind or wind blast can be a royal pain at speeds above 70mph and things a simple as a bug deflector can make a world of difference. Is this your first bike?
