Two days ago, my buddy laid down my bike, so naturally, all of the coolant drained out (the bike was not running when he went down, he is just an idiot and i guess does not know how to sit on a motorcycle). After we replaced the coolant, I went out for a ride the next day and had to make a change in plans and return back because the engine was running extremely hot after just 10 minutes.

I let the bike cool, and turned it back on. It was idling for about 4-5 min, and it just died, and would not start back up.

We looked around and jumped my bike from my friends bike, and it actually started up after alot of tries, but if i let it fall below 2k rpm, it would die. No chance of it idling.

Could the bike being laid down be related to my idling and starting problem, or is it just bad timing? what do I do?

BTW its a 95 CBR f3

It is not "natural" for the coolant to run out when laid down! I suspect that some damage may have been done, possibly to the radiator! As to not starting, it is possible that there was some sediment in the tank or carb bowl that was stirred up and re-settled in the jets. Or possibly there is more cooling system damage than you are aware of and you are getting coolant into the fuel/air mix.
