I am going to be a new rider very soon. I have read a lot about how not to get a sport bike and I will say that I get it. It is not a bike to start off with. I still would like something sporty. I am 6'3 245 so I am kind of wondering if a 250 will be enough. I was looking at a Suzuki GS GS500F sport I have read some forums and it got mixed reviews on this bike. Weather or not it is a starter bike. Is this to much bike and do you have any other suggestions? Thank you

Any of the parallel twin powered bikes are not "too much", so most of the 250s, 500s and 650s are good. The Ninja 250 is surprisingly well suited to larger riders, I know I fit well on it at 6', and I think you'd be ok on it too. Also check out the Ninja 500 and 650. If you like the styling, the Versys is a good choice for someone at your height.
The Ninja 500 is generally considered superior to the GS500, but they're both great bikes, and some people go with the GS500 because they like the look better.
