I'm pretty new to riding and this is my first summer on a bike. The weather right now is nice (around ~80) but in a few months it will be around 90-105. I read on previous threads that textile jackets are the best for summer months and offer pretty good protection. So now I need a recommendation on which brand

I'm biking on a budget so I can't spend the money that I really want to, not yet anyways. I will probably spoil myself in the winter and buy a nice leather one. I noticed Jafrum.com has some textile jackets for around $60-70 that have the armor around the back, elbows, and neck. Anybody have any experiences with these types of jackets? Anybody want to sell me their used ones? help a poor guy out.. Thanks

A few months back I purchased a textile with a zip out windbreaker style liner. It is from Nitro Racing. I wore it in Oct in Arizona. I was high of 80s and low of 60s. It worked great. I spent $65 on it!
