'78 R100RS running rough

Bike worked fine 1st 300 miles this year. Went to ride 40 degree day, it needed no choke and was in fact flooded (I'd left fuel pet****s in on position though that's not been a problem before). Bike would "Bog" intermittently as if only one cylinder was firing. Any first ideas???

Old boxers, have float problems dealing with the new fuels today and over time it eats them away or they get heavy. Tap on the float on the problem side maybe its just stuck.

thanks for the help. I just made sure the fuel was shut off, let it sit 24 hours and put a nice 200 miles on through North-western Wisconsin this evening. Fate gave me the better day to ride.:)
