Im getting my TPS reset in a couple hours. My question is, will I be okay to ride to the dealers about 15 to 20 minutes with my Race ECM, K&N filter, and Jardine Pipe? Its smelling seriously lean..

Some instructions for you for TPS resetting - from '08 xb service manual. should work for you too.
NOTE
The Throttle Position Sensor Zero Procedure should be performed if the throttle position sensor or ECM are replaced or if the ECM has been recalibrated.
To zero the TPS:
1. Set the Run/Stop switch to the Run position.
2. Turn the ignition key to the On position.
3. With the engine off, rotate the throttle grip from its closed
throttle position to the wide-open throttle position and back
to closed position three (3) times, holding the throttle grip
against eash stop (open and closed) for one (1) full second.
4. Cycle the ignition key off and back on. A properly
calibrated TPS sensor will indicate 3.7 to 4.2

the 08's have a different ecm.
to reset a pre-08 XB, you have to take it to the dealer, or buy their scANALyzer thing. i caps'd anal because it's a pain in the rear.

I thaught so..it being different. There would be a whole lot of pissed Buell owners if it was that easy pre'08.
