I still have to say that the most recognized showbike, and one many people have wanted, but very few have scored upon, is the Captain America bike in Easy Rider.

I have found a guy who not only always wanted this bike, but never gave up on finally building it.

The bike might not have ground to air missile capabilities, but it has one of the cleanest, most recognizable personalities a bike can have.

I have included a link to a write up on it, but it is not live yet. When I have enough posts, i will activate it.

my only question is, what brand of bike was this built upon? I am thinking it was a hog, but I am not sure. Be sure to clue us in if you know.

Apparently you can have a replica made. BTW it appears to be a panhead

I don't have any one favorite, but Roland Sands' vintage board tracker and racer inspired bikes are the pure customs that really grab my attention.
