I guess that this is the off road division of BMW, right? Does anyone know anything about the bikes themselves? I do know that they are about to return to offroad racing this March, and I plan on seeing how they do.

Do these bikes have the same reputation as the mother companie's bikes?

Are there any particular drivers I should pay attention to, and if so, what team are they driving for?

How is that name pronounced anyway. I had to copy and paste it, as I have a sound in my mind, and a spelling, but I think that both are way off.

BMW just bought Husqvarna motorcycle company from Cagiva. BMW will market and run Husqvarna just as it is at the same company headquarters in Italy.

Husqvarna just hired the famous enduro rider Scott Summers to run the fully sponsored Husqvarna race team. These Husqvarna bikes have power bands almost three times longer than the other mother company bikes.

The pronunciation of "Husqvarna" is just like this; Husk-varna. "Husk" sounds like "Husky" the football team and "varna" sounds like "varnish" that would be applied to wood.
